Parker sells a unit you can buy.

I made mine. One way to save big $$ is to buy the stove from an RV dealer and then buy the SS top. You end up with the SAME stove for < $200 that sells in marine stores for $400-$500.

Yes, propane. I just use 2-pound pony tanks fastened to the railing outside the helm cabin.
