Wanted 17'-18'

Hello everyone! I'm looking for a 17'-18' Parker, looking for something older as I'm trying to stay within a budget. My budget is $10,500 total, with transportation costs, so..closer to $9,000-$9,500 depending on how far you are from Wisconsin. I'd consider other quality brands as well. This is for use on the bay of Green Bay and the Barrier Islands in Southwest Florida. Will travel North, East, and South, basically 1,200 or so from GB. Thanks for the help!
