Weak fishing/standing platform near anchor locker

This is my second season with my 23 foot Parker Center Console. The hull is a 1997 and generally in good shape. Recently I noticed that there is a little too much give on the portion of the bow where the anchor locker is and towards the sides (where you would stand to fish). I have noticed some hairline cracks on the underside. Does anyone know how to support this to prevent the cracks from getting worse? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

sounds like a nice winter project involving some balsa core and glass work as well as a gel coat repair. You can do it !!!!!
