Anyone have suggestions for either restoring an aluminum tee top. I was either going to use a white rubberized coating or epoxy coating & paint the top. Maybe even possibly polishing the aluminum & sealing it. Don't want to spend $thousands replacing the top. It is original from 1989 on a 23' cc.

I would look at polishing and sealing. Hard work but the results should be nice. Maybe try a fine scotch brite pad to start with and work your way towards finer polish step by step until you get the shine you want. My second choice would be to have it powder coated. A little expensive but makes for a really nice finish.

I've heard some great things about Woody's also.

About powder coating; my friend powder coated his half tower and later told me it was the worst thing he ever did to his boat.

I'll bet having it sprayed with that bed liner would be pretty awesome though.
