Best thing that you can do is to contact a local canvas shop.
Cushions and combing pads are a service that many canvas folks offer.

If you are talking a about for a center console with the step up bow compartments. I have a set that is almost brand new but I don't use them because I offshore fish and they cover up the compartments, and when I bought the boat I saw the invoice for how much they cost to make. I would be interested in selling them currently they are in my upstairs den wrapped in plastic.
