I'm guess that you bought the boat from Mississippi damaged by Hurricane Katrinia?

I'd look to Parker factory or a local marine welder for the rail. Any glass shop that works with acrylic can build you a windshield for $100.

Post your console width and a pic of your console. I saw an ad on CL not too long ago from a guy selling windshield/console rails for several boats. He had Parker, Jones Brothers, and several others. If you keep looking you will come across one. Depending on the console size there may be another that will work.

I have a grabrail off an 1800 cc console and mine is also a 1995 model. I just bought a t-top off another 18 Parker in Charleston and installed it over Easter weekend. The part is in Morehead City NC and I live in Raleigh NC. I will take $50 for the grab rail and you can get a windshield made for around $50 at most glass shops.
