WTB: Parker 2830 or 2820

Looking to buy a Parker 2830 or 2820. I know the 30 is kinda rare but im hoping to find one. I may have to settle for a nice deal on a 20. Looking for a boat 7-12 years old as these boats are in my price range. Aside from the obvious PPI stuff is there anything i should look for as far as options go? I really like the second station the cockpit. If i can find a 2830 with the second cockpit control station that would be the setup im looking for. Anyone who knows someone whos thinking about selling please post ITT. thanks- jake
