I am getting ready to fabricate a new door "top" or hatch. Mine was cracked and finally broke a few weeks ago. I ordered two 12 x 24 pieces of black plexi. I plan on fabricating the part that goes over the door out of teak to match the teak door. I figure there was no way I could bend the plexi to duplicate the factory hatch. If all the parts get here it will be a project for this week end.

Sounds like a good rainy day project! Please post the pics when you get it done...
I think a found a local who can bend the plexi, but I won't be able to see him till next week.
