Hey does Yamaha sale touch-up paint for the cowling?

If you are talking about the dark gray, yes they do although there is more than 1 color of the gray.

I got the Yamaha paint based on the year of my motor and it still did not match up very well on the cowling. Seem to match up a little better on the lower end.

Yes, they do. It matches the lower unit very well. Don't know about the cowling.
