Has anyone installed some sort of ventilation in the pilothouse to prevent corrosion from the window frames and aluminum chair hardware?

Saw one boat with vent cut in door, thinking about the same thing.
Finishing my rigging this week with my new 2520XL, pics to follow shortly.

Did install a number of items, as an example, a Blue Sea digital multimeter that scans battery voltage, current draw,as well as high and low voltage alarm, visual an audio. Really nice unit to monitor battery health, and current consumption as I add additional electronics, lightning, etc, etc., etc..

Be careful. I thought I had the correct size but they would not fit when I got them. Defender did take them back and refunded my money. However, after I tried to install the rainshield, I can never get the screen reinstalled without having taken out the rubber gasket. Tried ti reinstall the rubber gasket and now I have a leak that I don't seemed to be able to get stopped.
