slight leaking where topside joins hull

Gentlemen, I have a great '93 2520. I am getting some slight leaking which seems to be rainwater that comes down mostly the port side V berth walls. it gets wet under the v berth cushions. I have no fuzz on the walls (which I like) so I can see slight streaks. Have also noticed it when...

    Wiper blades

On the cheap side I took the arm to WMT and got replacement inserts. They are way too long so just cut them down w/ a dremmel. 2 inserts for ~ $3. Been doing it for ~ 4 replacements ~ 1+yrs out of each.

    Another Tab question

Ok, I keep hearing about trim tabs. I have had a '93 2520 for 10 years w/a 200 yahama. Have never had them. What am I missing. I see other boats in the slips near me and they just seem to sprout barnacles. More drag and holes in the boat? Why do you need them? Thanks

    Rod Holders

Pork It's all how you deploy and what you do when you get one. Occasionally I need to lift it over or under one of the other rods. I run 3 on each planer 2 roof, 1 roof WWB and the back two corners deep

    Rod Holders

I have also added the type which mount to the bow rail (2), roof rail(2), removable which slide into a bracket just back of the bulkhead (2) and a single removable rocket launcher center of the roof. I can troll 11 lines using planer boards in the spring.

    Towing 2520 MV

I had to buy a trailer after having the Parker for 10 years. A change in boat storage rules... So now I have nice big 5 Star 2 axle trailer. Am thinking about trailering from the Magothy River, MD to Del. Indian river for the Summer vaca. ~150 miles. I guess it is so wide I need some type of...

    What's your favorite feature?

Mine is the second station mid way back on the starboard side. Very manuverable while going slow. And I'm tall enough to see over the roof. Adding a knob to the 2nd station's wheel was a real help too.

    Unwrap time

Mine's a 93 never been covered. Just the wooden door trim (my least favorite feature) has show wear. Maybe this year I'll varnish it...
