How's the ride,can it handle 2-3 foot chops?I fish the bay in Galveston, Tx. The morning is totally flat, however, if the wind picks up in the afternoon it can get pretty choppy. How will the Parker do in that kind of environment? Does it give a dry or wet ride? Hurrican Ike came through last...
