How's the ride, can it handle 2-3 foot chops?I fish the bay in Galveston, Tx. The morning is totally flat, however, if the wind picks up in the afternoon it can get pretty choppy. How will the Parker do in that kind of environment? Does it give a dry or wet ride? Hurrican Ike came through last year, I am curious that if the left over debris were to puncture the hull, would the boat sink?

Thank you for your input.

I have seen two other Parker Big Bays, one at the dealer and one on the water. the one on the water was at Canyon Lake for the weekend and a storm was blowing in. I didn't have much time to talk to him but he enjoyed the boat and stated it did very well for him.

If I remember correctly Ronnie at Red Wing Boats runs a 23 big bay and could tell you better how they run. I have not seen any here on the site but maybe they will chime in.

I wish more Texas owners would post the there location in the profile. Would be nice to have a Texas rendevous

Wife loves our 21SE has only got wet once, my mistake. We have been to the coast twice and several times here on Canyon Lake in what we call rough water for the lake and we stayed dry.

Thanks for your input Doug.

Ronnie's boat is the one I am purchasing. I have been a big fan of the Parker boats for a long time and I am excited about buying one. I wasn't really sure of the performance of the boat and just wanted to hear from others.

Thanks again for responding.
