    Finally found a thread with an Parker I/O owner. Just bought (Stole) a 1995 2510 MV with 2017 Volvo 5.0 GXi with 80 hours on it. I jumped from a 1998 Sea Pro 210 WA with a Mercruiser and Alpha 1 outdrive. Comparing both from an engine standpoint the room around the Volvo is, for me anyway...

    Thanks for the photos and advice. I ordered the Lenco 9” x 24”. My boat never had trim tabs so hoping it will be a straightforward install.

    Warthog, you are correct. I believe they retract at idle or low rpms using the auto Trim system, which I have opted not to do. Think I’m going to go with the Bennett Bolt system and the lighted position switch. They are about $100 less expensive than the Lenco comparable system.

    Capt. K - thanks for reply and tip. In my previous boat I learned that lesson the hard way. Forgetting to bring tabs up fully a few times and the fact that one was always slower to return home caused some tense moments. The new system is supposed to automatically bring tabs up when at low rpms...
