If it’s a bunk trailer you can do it by yourself by driving up on it but honestly, I always try to time it so I have a hand. Boats are meant to always have a witness  its just more enjoyable with someone when the **** hits the fan, and it will probably happen.
That is a very good price, even if it needed a motor. As for towing it, that all depends on the trailer. Not sure if you mentioned what vehicle you will be using but any 1/2 ton will be fine. I pull mine with a RAM 1500 and have no concerns with it but my trailer is actually overkill for my...
Personally I think it’s a little high but really need to know more. Also, put where your from in your settings. I know these boats are quite a bit higher on west coast so may be a decent price there.
My 2320 had 2 pedestal (long) seats in the cabin and I removed them to put seats with storage. From the factory they were put in with lag bolts. In fact, the seats I built and place in there are also lag bolted in. So, yes, you can lag bolt your pedestal seats in.
Good luck
That is a beautiful boat and very rare. I wish you luck selling it. If you have pictures of the head and weekend amenities it may help you. I would love to have it, it’s right in my back yard but out of my league.
It does get dangerous where the Potomac and Chesapeake meet. Fishing generally is good here but last couple of years it’s been a disappointment. Hopefully better soon.. I have actually spent more time fishing in your neck of the woods recently, with my brother. He goes out of South River from...
Great picture, you’ll love the boat for Chesapeake. Do yourself a favor and add your location to your profile in settings, it will help people help you when you have questions. Often people near you will have recommendations and understand your usage based on your water surroundings.. good luck
Chicken box, I followed your repairs and your work looks very thorough and well done. I just want to mention though that the voids between stringers, bulkheads and the hull are done on purpose. This ensures that all the loads from the hull are transmitted through the stringers evenly. If the...
Check out this link below. The individual added floatation he fabricated. Pretty slik. you have to scroll down to see it.

Not sure why my link isn't working above but...
I have never seen a mod v 2320, in fact, where I live would be perfect for that hull but have never seen one. There are plenty mod v 2520 around. I always wished they had made one. I may be wrong but don’t think so. Please show me one because I would be very interested
Agree more information would help however the 2320 only comes Deep V (no modified V). I have seen clean 2320s 2014 - 2016 going for 50-65k depending on electronics, hours, how well it's been taking care of, trailer, head, ............. Good luck
The biggest issue with the Potomac (and Chesapeake) is that Omega fisheries have destroyed the menhaden population in our area to produce fish oil/vitamins. The continually over fish their quota and pay a small fine but leaves that fisheries raped. Without the menhaden, the main food source...
I am by no means an expert (or even much of a novice) in boat repairs but since your current flooring lasted 30 years (since its a 1990 boat) and the fact that 30 years ago Parker didn't fully encapsulate their plywood flooring, I would be inclined to re-use marine plywood and properly install...
got_em_on's heater buddy is the real deal. I use one and it works great for the mid Atlantic area (Maryland, Virginia, Delaware.....) Mark's heater seems really nice, especially for his area which is crazy cold.
