2120 Seat post

I replaced the old helm seat in my 2120 with an aftermarket seat with a flip up booster similar to the ones Parker is using in their new boats. I'm a big guy and could use more space between the seat and the wheel. How is the pedestal mounted from the factory? Is it just screwed down or through bolted? I would like to move mine back 10-12".

My seats were just bolted down with lag bolts. I built new seat frames with storage and use lag bolts to install them.

I have often wondered this myself.... i wanted to upgrade to better seats on my 2520 XLD but do not know howl the mounts on my 2013 2520 are mounted....

The new seats are on a track so they can slide fore and aft. it's mounted between the post and the seat.

Mine are in a track, too, still feel squeezed.
