    Some issues need fixing

I love my boat (2015 23DV) but I would never by another Parker. I have been going round and round with Parker over a void in my transom since February. I swapped emails with them over two months trying to get someone to just look at the boat. After several promises that someone would be out to...

    Underwater lights

General question, how many of the Macris or Sea Blaze Minis would I need for my 23DV?

    Underwater lights

My only reason for asking is my boat doesn't have bottom paint. its in dry storage. It didn't appear there was a way to do a "neat" install using 4200 per the installation video they had.

i watched their installation video. Is the 4200 method the only way to install them?

    Finally Got It Back Out

The boat has been out of the water since January. Repairs complete, engine tune & 200 hour service done, finally back on the water yesterday. All well and the engine ran great.

2300DV Rear Hatches - Best cleaner?

I assume these are the hatches you are speaking of. If so, I use Starbrite deck cleaner. Wet them, then spray Starbrite on, let it sit for 5 minutes then brush, rinse well with clean water.

    Transom Damage

Thank you for your kind words! I spoke to another 2300DV owner who had this problem 6 years ago. He used the same marine engineer that I'm using and his repair method was the same and his boat is performing great so I'm hopeful.

    Transom Damage

No. The transom is quite thick on the 23DV. I think this is more just a case of a factory void that caused some minor cracking.

    Transom Damage

You officially went right over my head with the technicality of your post:) I had a marine engineer review the void and we are proceeding with his recommended repair method and lamination schedule. He stated that "it will be stronger than when it came from the factory".

    Transom Damage

I bought it as a used boat in Florida and brought it back to NC. I know the boat is out of warranty, just hoped they may offer to do something.

    Transom Damage

Void. Gone as far as we can from the outside. Going at it from the bilge area Monday.

    Transom Damage

As a follow up, I had to apologize to the marina owner. Once we got into the boat we saw pretty quickly the problem is a void in the laminate during manufacturing. I sent pictures to Parker on May 5th but no response so far. Tough pill to swallow on a boat that only has 256 hours.

    Rhodan TM Issue

I know it sounds strange but change the battery in your FOB. I had this same problem, in an effort to try anything I changed the battery in the FOB and the problem went away.

    Engine Bracket Removal 23DV

Any tips, tricks, advice anyone could offer on getting the 5200 to release when removing the engine bracket?

    Transom Damage

I have found that this is actually a common break point on these brackets.

    Transom Damage

Update. I’m pretty disappointed in Parker. I spent a month trying to get in touch with someone in the engineering department. I offered to take the boat to the factory. I wanted them to look at the damage and just give me their recommendation on the correct repair. I had a few email...

    Transom Damage

Thank you! Trust me, I’ve used every swear word there is internally. But, I’ve tried to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. Ultimately, I’m pretty certain what happened and it didn’t involve the boat while it was being operated under power. However being able to prove that is another matter...
