Thanks guys for your comments, and for sharing that link ParkerJr. Eye opening. The shop opened a hole in the deck today over the tank, and I'll head down tomorrow to take a look and discuss options for replacing the whole tank, not cheap I'm sure. On another note, I misspoke...not JB Weld...

Hi DeLawterJ, just saw this post (not on here too often) I own a 1997 Parker 1700CC. It's a great little boat. I don't know when Parker started making them, but from what I understand, mine was the last year they made them. Now, the 1800 is the smallest hull they make as far as I've been told.
