I spoke with robin @ Parker and fortunately the roof alone is replaceable (worst case). Didn't get a $ figure from her yet but it gave me a little peace of mind knowing that worst case I can get through this season and then put a new roof on and mount everything properly...

I have found a few rotten spots on my roof from bad installs from previous owner. They seem to be fairly big (about the size of a basketball). Is there any epoxy or anything I can inject thru the screw holes that will neutralize the rot and buy me some time before the whole roof needs...
