You will be fine I just put a furuno tzt3 12 in and it’s bigger than the simrad nss12 that I had in my 2320 didn’t have an issue with the cut outs on either one I agree with everyone else don’t use a rotozip. Bag off the inside of the console and I used a oscillating saw.

Inside your console next to the helm pump is where I mounted my ap pump on my 2320, in my 2820 I put it in the passenger seat behind the helm seat with the sea star power assist pump.

Cheapest option is to order a west coast rail from parker thru your local dealer so they can ship it out on a new boat coming in. Almost about 1/2 the cost of having one made.

Easiest way, lower tongue of trailer to the ground. Put in jack stands with wood blocks under transom jack up bow of boat with trailer jack level put in wood blocks then lower trailer tongue again partially and now your boat is hovering Support the corners and the bow and your good

Idk where your located but if your on the west coast you can have west coast trailers build you one and put 2 7k axles under it. They aren’t cheap but as everyone else says it’s easier on towing and turning. I have a custom dual axle under my 2820
