The sad time has come to sell my boat. Time to downsize and pay off some bills. She is a 1989 Sou'Wester Hull with 2006 Mercury Optimax power. The Opti's fish all day offshore for about 40 gallons, burning 1 gallon an hour at troll speed and about 20 gallons/hr at 22 knots. The boat is in good condition, we all know that these paker hulls are bulletproof. The gloss is not there on the gelcoat, but a good detail man may be able to fix that. I have put uncountable hours into this boat on several projects. Some of the noteable features/ upgrades are:

* New Bow cushions, custom leaning post/seat, and new port side cushions and back rest
* New Bowmar Hatches and bug screens
* Raymarine C120 Nav package, with SR50 for sirius weather and audio
* Outriggers, rocket launcher rod holders, and new LED spotlight
* Four speaker sound system
* Four drawer lockable tackle box installed on starboard bulkhead, near 35 gallon bait tank.
* Reversable cooler seat with rod holders
* Six Gunnel mounted rod holders
* Three bank battery Charger
* 130 gallon fuel tank, and 25 gallon gunnel tanks with transfer switches.
* Merc. smartcraft gauges that show a reliable fuel burn at given rpm.

The boat fishes 4-6 adults comfortably, and it hurts to see her go, but it's all a part of my BIG pilothouse plan for later. No trailer, however I've been told that you can get the right on for about $3000ish. Boat currently located in Orlando Florida. I am asking $15,500 (obo will be considered) message me or call me at 321-624-1907 Thanks, Captn. Rob.

I recieved bad news yesterday.... while my mechanic was performing basic service, he felt the port motor wasn't running properly, so he pulled compression. Cylinder one on the port motor has low compression, and therefore will need to be rebuilt. If I have this fixed, I plan on replacing the entire powerhead with one with a warranty. (most places I've talked to offer a three year warranty.) I am involved in a remodel that is growing much bigger than originally anticipated, and is taking alot of my time, (and money). If I can sell my boat without doing the repair to the port motor then I will..... so with that being said, the new price is $10,000 obo, unless I have the motor fixed first. Please call or message me with an offer 321-624-1907 Rob.

Hey Rob,

I wanted to give you an update on your boat. I had surgery in July and two more surgeries on my back about 2 weeks ago so between those we went down to ORlando and picked her up. We have started the restoration, basically did a polish and new gel coat/bottom paint on the hull. Looks AMAZING. We also re did all the teak. We have gone through the engines and I think we will be able to get a few years out of them at least but I will probably want to repower with 150's. Other than that we're installing some cushions on the side, a back rest for the capt seat a windless anchor system, a trolling motor (yeah that will be interesting), underwater lights and a new bow rail. I have ordered the Parker stickers and we are going to maybe put some graphics around the pilot house. Not sure yet. But regardless I'm so happy to have the boat, I have not put her in the water yet but I spent a couple of afternoons with a cold one in the driveway working on her. We expect to have it all ready to go by December which is about the time I'll be physically able to manage the boat. We plan to put her on Lake Lanier and use her as a striper boat, it's about 30 minutes from my house, and then pull her and take her to Florida several times a year for grouper and trolling in the gulf. Offer still stands if you ever want to see her and fish on her again you are always welcome and I will post some photos of what we do. But honestly... she's in great shape and really didn't need much more than a little engine work and some polish.
