Boat is located in Pensacola, FL, I will be sad to see go. I'm the second owner. I'm only selling to move up to a 23-24' boat.
Right up front, there is a soft spot around the hatch that is between the seat and console. It's been there since I bought it 5 years ago, and is still the same as 5 years ago. The rest of the boat is solid, stringers, transom, etc....

1995 Parker 1801

1995 Johnson Ocean Runner 115hp
Motor rebuilt just over a year ago, approx 350 hours since rebuild (no hour meter), including break in hours. Never had any problems, I just had it rebuilt, because at the time, one of the cylinders was reading low on compression. Runs awesome.

Holds 40 gallons of fuel (not 60 like the newer models, found this out on Cape LookOut Sholes  ). Normally burns around 20 gallons a day if I run all day (Running like 10 miles out then 10 back, then up and down the beach a bit, then a few miles back to the ramp.) Tops out at 40 mph with just me in the boat wide open. Fast cruise at 4000rpms at about 28mph or a little less, cruise at 3500rpms around 23mph. (I may a little off on those numbers)

Single axle roller trailer.

Electronics are all pretty dated, but here is what is on there. Older Garmin gps, humminbird fish finder (barely works), vhf, am/fm cassette with an mp3 plug in. Again, nothing fancy on electronics of any kind, all 1995 era stuff except vhf, but they stay with it.

It has a bimini top, I've never used it. It has a hole in it from where a squirrel chewed it or something, could be fixed I'm sure. If nothing else, get a new canvas for it, it has a nice stainless steel frame.

Also included, a full canvas fitted boat cover. It's rated to stay on for highway, but I would just use it when it's stored.

Asking $6000.(No trades, no payment plans, just straight offers) All titles/registration in hand, ready to go.

Send me an e-mail with any questions [email protected]
