200 or 150

I have a 19 foot capehorn with a 200hp johnson. I am thinking about repowering with a 150etec. How much top end speed will i lose .I always belive in maxing out the hp but in this case the 150 is a very good deal. Will trimtabs make up for any of the 50hp.

I dont think you will lose much speed off the 200 especially since the newer motor will probably be lighter. Not sure what you mean by will tabs make up for HP. I would think you could spin the same prop you are now
