I am selling my 18' Parker CC, comes with trailer and 115 HP Yamaha 4 stroke outboard. Engine has 743 hours. no bottom paint. Always used in/out service. Trailer has never been in saltwater. Everything is in great condition. Boat, motor and trailer have been professionally maintained by dealer where boat was purchased. It has dual batteries. Boat is in very good condition. I have paperwork of things done in the past couple years. I do whatever they tell me to do for every winter and spring. In recent memory dealer installed new batteries, water pump and stereo and bunch of other small ticket items - bilge pump replaced in 2017.
The boat has a new leaning post (includes cover) and windshield grab bar installed in 2015 by Pipe Dreams Marine, they did great work. I have the original grab bar but I didn't like it because it was too high. Basic electronics (radio, VHF, GPS/Sonar) is in good working condition. Also in 2015/16, I had the boat shop install a Yeti Cooler and cleats in the front. Great for standing on top of it and casting plugs and flies in the bay. I will be leaving the cleats and Yeti cooler on the deck unless you don't want it. Also has raw water wash down.
There are definitely some minor stains, chips and rub marks but overall very clean boat and no damage to the boat,trailer or motor with the exception of a minor crack on top of the motor cover. I asked the dealer and they said it's only cosmetic. I have more pictures I can send if you are a serious buyer. I can answer any other questions you have - it is a simple fishing boat, very fuel efficient and easy to handle. Boat was tested recently and everything is ready to go.
