I am selling a 2002 21SE in great condition with a Yamaha F150 TXR Four Stroke with 32 hours on it (installed last spring). Boat also has a new Garmin 4208 color charplotter, new wind screen, and new canvas covers. Original gear includes a leaning post and Lowrance X85 Fishfinder. Pull-up cleats and nav light, footrest, livewell, radio, tackle cabinet, etc. I put $17,000+ into it last spring (including new engine); I have copies of maintenance invoices. Compression check done on 3/23/10. It is a sweet ride for inshore flyfishing or other on-the-water stuff that makes you happy. The boat is located in southwestern CT and comes without a trailer. Boat is being sold to help capitalize my new business--I will be buying another for sure when I can afford it again! Price Reduced: $21,000. Serious offers only please. Boat is now in the water in Westport, CT and can be inspected/driven at your convenience. Email: [email protected] This boat is SOLD! Thanks for all inquiries.

Just curious - how much did the new 4 stroke set you back. Been thinking about upgrading the poweplant on my 21SE as well.

It was about $14,500 not including new controls and hook-up. I had a two-stroke with issues that I replaced so I had about $2500 in trade in. I think I paid more than I should have but it was spring and I needed to get fishing. Given the economy I think you could get a 2010 below $14K. But I haven't tested the market. Good luck.
