I can vouch for the condition of this Parker. Everytime I see it I say "WOW". The owner is beyond meticulous. He's obsessive about cleanliness. When he says it gets a wash after every use, he's misleading you. Picture tooth brushes, Q-Tips, hand spray bottles, handy wipes, vacuum cleaners, dust cloths, feather brushes. Even things you cannot even dream of. That's after every use. Then he covers it with a boat cover. I am not exaggerating when I say this boat is in better condition than showroom. You could rub an open wound in the bilge and it would come out sanitized. I'm not kidding. If anyone ever considered buying a used 23SE, DO NOT MISS THIS ONE!

I want to echo Slay M. This boat is a great boat. I have fished on it many times. Great boat to fish on with the exception of how clean and spotless it is. You really cannot appretiate the detail of care that goes into it. He has treated it like an old man treats his collectable car. I just hopes he buys another one or else my fishing time will get cut! :lol:
