2006 2520SL 10 year facelift.... fix bad wipers?

Hi

We are in the process of re-furbishing our 2006
new Simrad package, new deck paint, etc etc the list goes on

My question for you Parker owners.... have you had any luck re-furbishing the wiper blade assembly

Ours is really really bad. I think it may have to do with the tensioner that keeps the blade on the glass.

Anyone out there with any experience cleaning or fixing it up? Or is ordering a new assembly the way to go?

My starboard side is still original from 1999 (I added a port wiper a few years ago). A couple times a year i spray a lubricant on the spring and exercise back and forth a few times, replace blade annually and it still works perfectly.

I don't . first owner removed them and used Rain X alot.

The wiper arm (and the refill) are easily replaceable.
Take it to your local West Marine to match up the arm.

If all you need is the refill blade, you can find them at your local NAPA.
Just take the old one with you.
