2011 21se depreciation

I am thinking of trading up to a 23se. My boat with Lowrance HDS8 and Icom vhf was 38k new. The boat has approx. 175 hours on it and is in perfect shape. Recently detailed and stored in a dry stack. What should I be able to get for her?

I am guessing around $30k. It is not unusual to see a 20% hit in the first couple years.
