I've decided it's time to sell my 2012 Parker 21 SE and move into something a little bigger- and the next project. In 2019 I purchased the boat from the original owner who took excellent care of her, then over the next few winters completed a rather extensive list of updates and improvements. She has the rare combination of classic “Linwood-era” Parker materials and construction with modern electronics, up-to-date systems, and thoughtful features like raised seat posts, footrest, and a custom clear livewell lid that were not available until later boats.
This boat is extremely clean and really must be seen to be appreciated. She's a brackish-water Chesapeake boat, then spends winters (often most of the year) in heated indoor storage. Currently she is in the water and easily shown, video call/Facetime available too.
Below is list of the most significant items. There are a lot of "while you're in there" things like removing screws and replacing with Weld-Mount tiewrap mounts, coating and saturating exposed edges with epoxy, and changing out hardware- things that aren't immediately visible. I even embedded G10 tapping plates for the underwater lights and lower swim platform bracket. The craftsmanship, thoughtfulness, and execution of the work is exceptional.
