2120 custom livewell/cooler idea

So I've been tossing up this idea to build a cooler/fishbox to go into the back of the 2120 similar to the new model but takes up less space. According to my calculation, it'll have almost 60g capacity. if I have it insulated it'll also serve as an icebox. This won't be cheap but this can be the next best thing to closing up the transom since it'll fush with the two jump seats in the back, the bottom can be cualk and sealed and scuppers like flaps can be added to the box rear opening

Looks great. Will there be enough room to tilt the engine up with it in place?

@Antidote, the cutout will be sufficient for the motor to fully tilt up. It will also clear the rear hatch for bilge access as well. I'm using a 165 qt cooler that span this space at the moment and came up with the idea wile anchor fishing and had all day stairing at the space.
