23 DV notch transom

Hi all,

I am looking at buying a 23DV Parker. I have seen one for sale with a notched transom, but I was under the impression this hull was only offered with a bracket.It is a 99 or 2000 I believe. Is this a mistake in the listing or did they indeed make the 23 DV without a bracket? Thanks for the help.

I just bought a 2000 Parker 23DV with a notched transom, so I hope it's not a knockoff...

Yes, Parker sure did make many boats with a notched transom. The 23DV was available with a notched transom as well as the 2320 version of the 23. It is not an imposter.

Before pulling the trigger on the 20 year old hull, know that the fuel tank is on borrowed time: Unless the previous owner has replaced the fuel tank, consider this part of her near future.

It's a LOT more and safer boat with a Full transom & Bracket.

I had a 2004 2320 SLD which was the pilot house with a notch transom. It served us well here on the West Coast running to the Channel Islands and making our way home in following seas. Good luck with your purchase. Cheers, Kadman
