Any pictures or success stories out there of a bow mounted trolling motor on a 23 se? How about same question on power poles? I installed on my 18 and work great, looking at upgrading to the 23 se while i understand trolling motor is not ideal wanted to hear or see more on it

the 23 se is a very big 23. i've seen a couple of 23 se's out on the skinny/flats with a transom mounted kicker motor and a power pole. that looked like it worked well.

I have seen several 21SE's with trolling motors. All have a very long shaft 72". I have owned a 21SE, 23SE, and now a 23 DVCC. I think it is doable on a 23 but for sure you would need 36 volts and 101#. Another thing to consider is the additional weight of three batteries as well as where to locate them. As for a PowerPole or Talon I would think either would work but you definitely ruin your trolling capacity by cluttering up the transom.
