2320 Custom Sun Shade

So Im looking to make a custom sun shade that cantilevers out from the rod holders on the far ends. Im thinking if i can make it out of something light enough and get someone to make a sun shade out of something really light as well. It would be a great solution to get shade and not have the poles which would interfere with my fishing. Also it could easily be stored and put up in a minute. They make them from a few companys but they are thousands of dollars and Im convinced this would be a better option then anything they make. I started with some 1" aluminum conduit to get the bend of the pole for degrees. The aluminum conduit seems a bit heavy on the overhang. Looking for a lighter option that would have the four way cut out on the bottom to lock into the rod holders. Any ideas would be appreciated. Im going to included some pictures so you have a good idea what Im talking about.

Ty looks good , looking for the same thing for my 2120. Just went on Amazon and they have multiple sizes, what one did you order. I do know that the cockpit/deck on the 2320 and 2120 are identical. Also how did you mount it. Did you use poles that came with it , or did you have to

I had this made about 10 years ago. Has a zip out to get to the rods. It’s a dodger attached to the top with a track. Dodger zips into the small bimini. Very stable, I can run in any seas or winds with it. Can still handle rods in the back if trolling and not in way stepping in on jump seat.

I got the 9X9 IIRC. I used velcro straps to the hand rails on the cabin, wood dowels with tennis balls on then in the rocket launcher and boat hooks in the rear rod holders with velcro straps to the tent. The poles that came with the tent can be used; but, they are a little flimsy. They are in place in the picture.
