I'm not sure how thick the area is the screws go through, if it's a cored area? You can purchase a quart of factory gel coat from your local Parker dealer but you are only supposed to use gel coat up to a fairly thin amount. The mixture below would be used to build the holes out and then you would top them off, last 1/8th inch or so, with gel coat. I'm by far not the most experienced person on here working with this stuff, but I have filled several holes like this.
Use a syringe to fill the holes with a Polyester resin. Small holes you may not need the Cabosil. See what others say about that too.
