i am looking to have a 1/2 tower for my 2520. The two aluminum guys i talked about it with in Naples, i did not feel comfortable with. i figured there had to be someone who had built a number of them and i could just have one shipped to me. Thanks for any references.

No one keeps a production drawing to build a Crows nest for your boat...They are built from scratch.

That is unless it's a new boat and they are going to offer it as a option for that model.

This is not the case about what your asking.

I have one...But I had some additional work done to it this year to beef it up.

Just the way the shape of the top is makes a differance. I've seen some later 2520's that are not a flat surface.

My '95 2530 is.

I posted this on a site the other day.

Tower is usually referred to as a permanent tall structure.

A Crows Nest is usually referred to if it is a fold down piece on a hardtop or top of a T-Top.

If your building one without controls....Your wasting your time.

Thanks Brent, i know those guys. i only wanted a seat and controls so i contacted Parker to see if they use anyone, the sport cabin hasn't changed since Noah had one so i thought they might have fab guy they used. I don't have a trailer either which complicates things a little. i might make a mock up out of pvc and just take it to a fab guy. Pretty easy stuff really, i just am horrible at TIG.
