2520 XLD remote console problem

On a 2017 2520XLD when activating the remote console the starboard motor will trim up all the way weather running or not??
Has anyone ever seen this problem

Not apples to apples.

but I had the switch on a 9.9 kicker get stuck in the down position.
Easy fix. On the 9.9.
