Super nice. Console opens up from front, like a Contender. "252-" is Eastern NC, looks like boat is from "The Boat House", Marathon ???

"Coinjock" (the OP's handle) and the Coinjock Marina are in Currituck County which borders Chesapeake, VA and Dare County (Kitty Hawk, Nags Head, Hatteras).

Is this boat still available I will send you a PM

I have a 25' Carolina Classic 2003 repowered in 2006 we new 8.1 crusader motor. She has 400hrs on motor. Brand new triple axle I beam trailer in 2008. I can send you info and many pics if you are interested in some kind of trade. My boat shows in excellent condition.

I am located in Topsail NC

Thanks Bodie for the interest and I got your message the other day.Sorry so long to reply. The boat is for sale and yours looks like a fine rig but we are looking for a deep vee pilothouse 28 or 25 to replace this one.We have had lots of interest the past few weeks even a few offers(some quite close)So either everyone is ready to rockfish or things are looking up.If you are interested in the boat just give me a call and good luck>

This one is still for sale if anyone is looking. We are going to try to move to a 2530 or a 2830 with the kids. Recent upgrads include new autopilot.New Garmin GPSMap. and a new furuno echo sounder.Trailer has 6 new tires and new brakes as well. The boat has now 440 hrs we used her a bit this winter and have had all the wiring gone through and a complete service was done foe a trip she made to the Bahamas. This is truly a good boat and would not sell if we didn,t need the cabin.

I sent this link to two of my neighbors.
I believe one of them is looking for a boat like this, but like many folks, he needs to sell his present ride first.

Good luck!

Megabyte
that is our situation as well. Thanks for the good word though!

coinjock:

just wondering if the asking price was still 64k?

btw love coinjock marina, that place is like a home away from home for us on deliveries up the icw

Hey Capt Jim, thanks for the compliments on the marina. Be sure to say hello to Louis (thats me) next time you stop by. With the recent upgrades we are standing firm @ 55k. Would not enen contimplate selling if my young family did not need a cabin. Take care!

I agree. Coinjock Marina is a must-stop for anyone transiting the ICW.
I'll be sure to say hello the next time through, now that I have a name.

55K is such a screaming deal.

no but you STOLE that boat!!!!!!!!

Come on hardhead and lets take a ride. The 2501 is a great boat but three extra feet of planing surface and 50 more hp as well as the console being a little farther back from the point of entry not to mention a full 300 gallons of fuel mean i can go almost anywhere. We left coinjock the other morning and made the ride to oregon inlet (40 Miles) then ran south past diamond shoals(50 Miles) fishing all day on autopilot and under the oversized t-top. Then ran into Hatteras inlet(20 Miles) to take a little over 120 gallons! Of course the boat was already clean because we used the freshwater washdown to save time.Again you have a great boat but don't compare apples with oranges. Enjoy your ride I certainly am enjoying mine. By the way we turned down 2 offers of 55k as we decided to keep her. Having completly updating the electronics I cany replace her for that.

ignore the haters coinjock...you have our dream boat and you run the best marina on the ICW.

those people just dont know how to act.
