Looking at purchasing a new 2810 XLD WA. Have a few questions that I’m hoping you guys can answer. How are these boats on fuel? The boat I am interested in has twin Yamaha 250s. How much fuel can I expect to use on a full day on the water around the harbor at cruising speed and fishing?

How are the Parker walkarounds compared to the pilot houses when it comes to docking?

Any specific add ons that I would like/find helpful with this model?

Thank you!

1st Post......What's your boating experience? Figure 1.8 -2.0 MPG

I'd be looking at the 300's.. A lot of times the Bigger motors will get better mileage.....

Why?

Because you don't have to run them as hard.

I have 2810 WA. I got the first one they made. I have 600 hours on it. For me cruising I get about 21-22gph. I have twin 250s. Boat has more than enough power. Realistically I figure I’m getting about 1.2mpg on a 10-11 hour offshore trip. 60 miles out , most of the day trolling and 60 miles back. If you run faster it will use more ! If you have any questions please pm me. Is is heavy. You add full tank of fuel , 200lbw of ice, gear and 4-5 people it ads up. Hope that helps. Pete
