2820 shaft length?

Want to confirm that the lower unit shaft is 30" (long shaft) on a 2820 with a 3.3L engine.

correct, 30" on 2820 with twin outboard. I'm assuming yours is twin, I haven't seen a 2820 with a single outboard and seems like a center mounted 30" still wouldn't be tall enough on the bracket I have. I have the same 2006 2820.

You can also check the serial number. TXR would be 25" and TUR is 30"
