I wanted that boat!
Congratulations! You're going to like Ray and his team. You going to Keep the boat at Canal Point when you're back north? I'm over on Harbor Lane. Congrats again!
Yeah they are great we have a 2000 25' green hulled walk around that we purchased through Ed Pfleger a few years ago. The 34 was purchased by our Dad a couple of weeks ago unfortunately he just passed two nights ago from lung cancer. I feel bad because he just wanted to get one last ride on a boat and the 34 won't get to Ft Lauderdale until friday evening.

Holy cow ... a 34' Parker? And WHo lives better than you?
Whereas this was your 3rd post ... welcome aboard, step right in and pull up ... in a Parker !
Welcome to Classic Parker and the Parker Nation.
As Dave (aka 'Porkchunker') coined ... we are your on-lineParker Owner's Manual.
Now, being you are one of a few owners of the 34 model here, we're going to rely on you to provide us the details on that baby!
Rob, my deepest condolences to you and family on the passing of your Father. Believe me, whether you know it or not, your Dad will be with you aboard each and every trip, or even when you're out there in the boatyard just working on 'your big girl'. May you find peace and solace by remembering the times you enjoyed with him in this world.
I was very fortunate to get my dad out fishing on my boat before he passed.
It was the one and only time he was able to go out, and we bailed bluefish all day until our arms hurt!
I think my mom might have had something to do with the fishing that day, because I'd not seen it that hot before... or since.
I'm very sorry that you dad never got to enjoy time on the boat, but as Dale said, I have a feeling that he will be there with you every time you go out.
As in another thread, I am Diveman38's brother. There is a long story behind this 34 Parker & our father. I will post the story soon , as for now we are quite busy with the wake & funeral. We will probally be going to FL sometime this month. We will be fishing and running the boat for a good time there. We will take pictures of the boat & hopefully of some sailfish ! What a better way to break in a 34' Parker !
