I have a 2018 2320 and would like to add 3D Structure scan to my Simrad plotter. The rear hatch has to many items in it already for the 3D transducers to fit and I do not like the transom style transducers. Not interested in moving the batteries out of the rear hatch either. Has anybody added deck hatches for more access of storage, hardware, transducers or raw water pump? I am unsure on the deck construction and stringers locations so is this even possible or hs anybody done it?

More than likely your fuel tank is directly on the other side of the forward bilge bulkhead. So you’re not gonna get any useable access by cutting into the deck forward of that bulkhead.

I understand that you’re not a fan of the transom mount transducers, but consider that you’re unlikely to be able to really use the StructureScan 3D at planing speeds anyway, so you’ll likely be at trolling/searching speeds and off plane when the TD needs to function. At those speeds transom mount transducers usually have no issues. Overall, given the issues you’re running into, that may be a better option than cutting new hatches into the deck.
