Do they make a 15 hp high thrust? I thought it was 8, 9.9 or 50hp? If they do have a 15 the extra weight will probably be more of an issue than the extra 5.1 hp.
I had the 9.9 on my 24' skipjack and it was great; I'll be adding one to the 2120 if I can figure out how to squeeze it in.
