99 Parker 18 for sale with low hours yamaha 4 stroke

Getting ready to put on boat trader but wanted to start here. Selling my 18 center console. Hate to sell but need something bigger for the family. 98 or 99 hull (need to double check my serial number). I've owned it for 11 years and repowered in 2011 with a brand new 2010 Yamaha four stroke 115. Currently 321 hours. Lenco trim tabs, trolling motor mount and wired for 24 v trolling motor, trailer os only a few years old with little use, live well, garmin 541s, cushions in good shape, Bimini top. Spent 10 of the past 11 years being garage stored and has been on my jock dock for the past year. Has been an awesome boat and will miss it. $15,750 ask. Located in Charleston SC.
