Any one know about the Parker 23 Blue Water edition

Hi Im Scott, I just Purchased a 1997 23 Center Console Very clean Boat it has the modified V and Sea Drive . Under the Lettering of Parker is "Blue water Edition "
I called Parker for New Lettering for the sides and the Parts dept advised me of a dealer to get the Parker Lettering but they said the Blue water Edition mus be an after market lettering they never made a blue water adition . I think I saw one in the Fl Keys , Could the Parker parts dept be wrong about this????
I love the boat and fish it in Cape May. Any one ever hear of this name before ?

there was a dealer, i think in either NC or Florida, that made the "Blue Water Edition", which consisted basically of the lettering and a few minor changes. someone will be able to say more specifically which one, but thats the general jist of it.
