leave it to a non parker owner
Here's what's wrong w/pics...................
1-Fisherwoman and gaffer too close. Gaffer should gaff and boat fish in one smooth motion. As it is, he'll slap chic in face w/fish.
2-Fisherwoman is holding rod 6" off gunnel. If fish decides to go deep, rod will be slammed on boat, no flex, fish will pull hooks. Always hold rod at 45 degree angle so rod can absorb shock. When fish is at boat.
3-Get away from back corner of boat. Should fish take off, he's heading straight for motors and props. On a center console, fisherwomen should be in bow, gaffer just aft of console, or anywhere other than at motor.
4-Goober Gaffer got his fish in soft underbelly. Ruined meat, fish can tear off. Gaff just behind head. If you control head, you control fish. In other pic, Goob gaffed fish in tail. Damn. That fish is coming aboard thrashing like heck. Treble hooks flying not to mention a lot of sportfish have teeth that easily slice flesh. Bring in a lit up wahoo by the tail!!!
