Hey guys, we broke MI at 345 and headed east toward the chicken. started at the NW corner of the chicken w/ tons of dolpin and a few whales. But no tuna. Ran out to the SE area of the chicken where the water was really nice but didn't find any life there. Continued east and found a few draggers one of which had some nice marks following behind. Hooked up w/ a nice fish on the way back 3 oz blue/white Joe Shute bally from the folks at Sterling that measured out at 55". After that we started to see fish pushing water on the surface so we went run and gun w/ jigs and got another 41" fish and had a few run offs that bit through the leader and we lost.
Wanted to do a quick turn and head back to the same area on Sunday but my buddy had some family issues so we never made it back out. but it sounds like others in the same area did well on Sunday.
