Ok made up for last week..................

Flat going across Montauk Harbor is 14 miles.......

4400 rpm avg speed 29 mph used 11.9 to get across NICE....

Going home seas were 4' and short wow could only manage 19 mph at 3800 trimmed down and tabbed !!!! took it over the bow all the way home ...used 16.5 getting back......

Thank god for the Pilot house..!!!

2 bushels of ice
150 gallons of gass
1/2 bushel of hermits
300 Asian crabs
1/4 bushel of greens

food and gear loaded down !!!!

hah spent about 3 hours doing circles in Fishers Island Sound early saturday morning before going up the Mystic River... next time i'll bring my tog gear!

Love it but striped bass tastes the best ......General Tso style.....

YOU COULD WALK ACROSS THE OCEAN it was covered with bass from the light house out 600 yds ...damn but i crushed them all summer and have tons in the freezer..!!!!

Saturday was beautiful. We went towards the Mystic River Sat AM then turned around and pulled into the Coast Guard Academy on the Thames River to watch my brother's football game.
