Assuming you want to have the ability to remove it from time to time maybe two pair (one for each corner) of these stainless steel cooler tie downs would work. They consist of a SS turn buckle, hooks and mounting plates for the deck. I have them for my huge marine cooler and they work great.

Thanks parkerman, they look good, my concern was not being able to bolt the brackets from below the deck due to no access, do you think just a screw into the deck wont break free?

I guess if you can not get under the deck you would have no choice. The deck plates seemed to mount pretty well but I suppose a cooler is smaller and alot less likely to take abuse than the box you have shown.
Maybe you could use really long screws and get some bite into the fuel tank's sheet metal? :D

has anyone on this site mounted one of these boxes on there boat?
They serve as a great fish box,and cutting board with starboard on top.
My buddy has one on his bhm, and it works great. I would love to see a picture of one on a parker, as these boxes cost around $500, just want to make sure it will work good on my girl.
