My trailor brakes continue to lock up. I have blead the brakes twice, used brakespoon to free them. As soon as I use them they lock. This is a Starr trailor hauling 23SE. The system seems very simple. All compression. After returning from fishing and unhooking the boat from truck, I did not unhook the brake cable and pulled the car forward. I reset the cable, but continue to have a problem. This week I pulled all the wheels and checked bearings. Blead the brakes, freed them up and drove around the parking lot several times, all good. I reloaded the boat and set out for home as soon as I touch the brakes they lock up. All that is left is a bad master cylinder. Has anyone had problems with this or had to replace master cylinder. The trailor is young, only three years old. Any advice is appreciated. Should the master cylinder be a warranty part?
