Broken Seat Spring Replacment Needed

On my 09' 2510 the spring that keeps the lever locked in on my helm seat is broken. I have taken a picture of the good one on the other side. Question is, where do I get a new one?

Suggest you send that pic. directly to Wise. I had the same spring break a couple of years ago on my 2320 and they were kind enough to send me 2 replacements for free. Nice folks there.

Well, I guess Wise was not as nice to me. Here is the exact quote from the email they sent back:

:Hello there,
I showed the picture to my supervisor and she said we did not have these springs anymore.
Didn’t know where to get any.
I am sorry I couldn’t help you more."

NOW WHAT?

Grainger has these stupid springs, so no more messing with Wise. I will never buy any of their products going forward. Customer service was not so customer friendly.

Anyone ever replaced these crappy Wise seats? Mine are falling apart and I certainly will never give them money directly. Terrible customer service....

What did you replace with? Cost? Where to buy?
